Refund policy

At Velveera, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@velveera.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Velveera is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or full refund if approved.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 14 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
